Food Finders Group Activity – May 10

David is organizing a group volunteer activity with Food Finders on Saturday, May 10. The location is still to be determined. This is a great opportunity to support an organization that has been actively fighting hunger for over 10 years with 450 donors including restaurants and grocery stores.

Patricia’s Dinner Social – June 17

Mark your calendars for our dinner social at Patricia’s on the third Tuesday of June at our regular meeting time of 6:00 PM. There may be Bingo as well! We encourage you to bring friends and prospective members to enjoy this social evening.

Downtown Lions Club Theater Night – July 31

Let’s support our fellow service organization by supporting their upcoming theater night featuring “Fiddler on the Roof” at the Long Beach Playhouse on Thursday, July 31 at 8:00 PM. It’s recommended to arrive early for parking. Tickets are $40 each, with checks payable to Downtown Lions.

Dodgers Game – September 17

Armando is coordinating a Dodgers game outing on Wednesday, September 17 at 7:10 PM. The Los Angeles Dodgers will be playing against the Philadelphia Phillies at Dodger Stadium. There are 200 tickets available at $40 per person.
